Trump-Putin Call Sparks Ceasefire Talks, Russia, Ukraine To Negotiate End To War
U.S. President Donald Trump announced that Russia and Ukraine will begin ceasefire negotiations following a two-hour phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Trump described the conversation as “excellent” and stressed that only the two warring sides could decide the terms.
