Bengaluru: Ex-city police chief B Dayananda deposed before the magisterial inquiry constituted to probe the stadium stampede, which claimed 11 lives and left around 75 injured recently. Bengaluru Urban deputy commissioner DC Jagadeesha G had issued a notice to Dayananda and other officers to record their statements as they were responsible for the law and order situation on June 4. Dayananda carried a set of documents and was accompanied by an advocate, a source said.
