Kolhapur: Stone quarry operator Shivaji Powar on Thursday denied allegations of unauthorised quarrying and royalty evasion, a day after Congress MLC Satej Patil accused an unnamed operator of large-scale unauthorised stone quarrying in Hatkanangle taluka’s Top and Kasarwadi areas.
