Bengaluru: A 24-year-old private company employee was stabbed to death allegedly by his friend after the two fought over a girl in Nelamangala, Bengaluru Rural. The victim N Darshan and suspect Venugopal knew each other for over four years, police said. The incident took place in Venugopal’s house, located in the middle of his family’s agricultural land.Police said Venugopal, who works in a private hospital, was upset over Darshan’s relationship with a girl. “Venugopal had an affair with the same girl but they broke off a few months ago. When the girl started a relationship with Darshan, Venugopal didn’t like it and many a time, asked Darshan to keep away from her. On Friday night, Venugopal called Darshan on his mobile, asking him to come to his house.
