Earlier, JSK’s 205/4 was built on Shubham Ranjane’s maiden SA20 half-century. The US international struck an unbeaten 50 off 31 balls, adding a decisive 49-run stand off just 16 deliveries with Ferreira, who smashed 33 not out off 10 balls.Faf du Plessis (47 off 30) and Matthew de Villiers (38 off 26) laid the platform with a blistering opening stand of 89 in 8.4 overs. DSG’s spinners fought back impressively, with Noor Ahmad returning exceptional figures of 3/12 and Simon Harmer 1/22, but the seamers leaked heavily at the death.
