Bengaluru: A 26-year-old homemaker was found hanging inside her residence in Mallasandra, near Bagalagunte Thursday morning. She had married a private company employee just last month.The deceased is Aishwarya K. Her parents have alleged that her husband, Likhit S, and his family members murdered her and staged the scene. Based on the complaint, Bagalagunte police have registered a murder case against Likhit and his family.“We will continue the investigation after receiving the autopsy report, which is expected in a day or two,” a police officer said.Aishwarya’s parents, Krishnamurthy and Mamata, told police that the wedding took place on Nov 27. They alleged that Aishwarya was being harassed by her husband and in-laws over dowry demands. “Just two days ago, we spoke to Likhit and his parents and requested them not to harass our daughter,” Krishnamurthy said.
