Lokayukta police submit case diary to court in Mysore Urban Development Authority scam | Bengaluru News
Bengaluru: Lokayukta police, probing the alleged scam at erstwhile Mysore Urban Development Authority (Muda), Tuesday submitted the case diary to the special court for elected representatives in the city. The case diary has details of the documents collected in connection with the scam, investigations carried out, etc. The hearing pertains to the protest petition filed by Mysuru-based activist Snehamayi Krishna against the clean chit given to CM Siddaramaiah, his wife Parvathi and others in the scam.After accepting Krishna’s petition a few months ago, the court last week directed Lokayukta to submit the case diary. The court adjourned the matter to Jan 5.
