U.S. President Donald Trump slammed the release of the Epstein files, arguing that the documents were overshadowing what he described as “significant progress on domestic policy and national security”. Speaking at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida, Trump responded to questions about photographs of former President Bill Clinton that were included in the initial release of the files. Trump said he disliked seeing the images but claimed their release was driven by “most Democrats and a couple of bad Republicans.”
