The actor, who played the character of Ajay Sanyal in the film, said, “Not at all! I cannot be happier for Akshaye. He deserves every bit of the adulation he is getting.”R Madhavan further called Akshaye a “talented” and “grounded” actor. Maddy said, “He could be giving a million interviews. But he is sitting in his new home enjoying the silence that he has always cherished.”

R Madhavan calls Akshaye Khanna an ‘underplayer’

In the same interaction, R. Madhavan shared that he always thought of himself as an “underplayer.” He said, “I thought I was the underplayer when it came to public attention. But Akshaye Khanna is on another level. He just doesn’t care.
