DU releases round 1 cut off for LLB admissions through CLAT 2025 scores.

Delhi University has officially released the first-round CLAT cut-off scores for its newly introduced five-year integrated law programs, BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.), for the 2025 academic session. The round 1 scores were published on July 16 through the Common Seat Allocation System–Undergraduate (CSAS-UG) portal. With only 60 seats in each course and a highly competitive applicant pool, this year’s cut-offs reflect the intensity of demand for DU’s premier legal education. Students who cleared the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 and met the required score thresholds are now eligible for counselling and document verification.

Admission process and seat confirmation

Students shortlisted in Round 1 must log in to admission.uod.ac.in to confirm their allotted seats. The acceptance window is time-bound, and failing to respond within the stipulated deadline may lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat. Candidates are also required to undergo in-person document verification and pay the admission fee to secure their spot. The total number of seats is limited to 60 per course, making this one of the most selective law undergraduate intakes in India. The admission is being done entirely based on CLAT 2025 scores, with no separate entrance or interview rounds.

What’s next?

  • Candidates who accept their seats and complete the formalities will await further confirmation and orientation details.
  • Those not allotted a seat in Round 1 or looking to upgrade may participate in subsequent counselling rounds, depending on seat availability.
  • In case of withdrawal or rejection of offers, vacant seats will be redistributed in Round 2.

Aspirants are advised to regularly check DU’s CSAS-UG portal and retain their login credentials and documents for all further procedures.TOI Education is on WhatsApp now. Follow us here.
