More North Korean Boots In Ukraine? Lavrov Meets Kim Jong Un; Talks Military Cooperation
Russia has clarified that the deployment of North Korean troops in Ukraine was Kim Jong Un’s independent decision, not Moscow’s request. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, during his visit to Pyongyang, suggested more DPRK troops could join as the military pact deepens.
