BSEB STET result 2025 : Qualified candidates
The Bihar STET 2025 result reflects the performance of candidates in both Paper 1 and Paper 2. Out of 4,42,214 candidates who appeared, 2,56,301 candidates have successfully qualified, marking an overall pass percentage of 57.96%. Paper 1, for eligibility to teach Classes 9 and 10, saw 1,54,145 candidates clear the exam, while Paper 2, for Classes 11 and 12, had 1,02,156 candidates qualify. The result provides candidates with their individual scores, including marks obtained in subject content and teaching aptitude. Those who have qualified will receive the STET eligibility certificate, which is mandatory for applying to secondary and higher secondary teaching positions in Bihar. Minimum qualifying marks
STET 2025 prescribed minimum qualifying marks as per General Administration Department resolution (No. 2374, dated July 16, 2007):
- General category: 50%
- Backward Classes: 45.5%
- Extremely Backward Classes: 42.5%
- SC/ST, Persons with Disabilities, Women: 40%
All successful candidates will receive STET eligibility certificates from the BSEB.
