KVS, NVS admit card 2025: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) recruitment exam admit cards are anticipated to be made available soon by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Candidates who have successfully completed the online application process under recruitment notification 01/2025 will be eligible for the release of their admit cards.CBSE has confirmed that the Tier I examination will be conducted over two days in January 2026. On January 10, the morning shift from 9.30 am to 11.30 am will be held for candidates appearing for Primary Teacher (PRT), Junior Secretariat Assistant, and Lab Attendant posts. The duration of the examination will be two hours.The afternoon shift on January 10, scheduled from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM. IIt will be conducted for Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) posts under the headquarters and regional office cadre. This paper will also be of two hours’ duration.

Schedule for senior administrative and teaching posts

Examinations for senior-level and teaching positions will be held on January 11. The morning shift from 9.30 am to 11.30 am will cover posts such as Assistant Commissioner, Principal, Vice Principal, and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT).The afternoon shift from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm will include Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and miscellaneous teaching posts. It will also cover several non-teaching roles, including Librarian, Administrative Officer, Finance Officer, Junior Translator, Assistant Engineer, Assistant Section Officer, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Stenographer Grade I, and Stenographer Grade II.

Exam city allotment already completed

CBSE has clarified that examination cities have already been allotted. Candidates can check their exam city details by logging in to the official CBSE examination portal. Importantly, candidates must use their registration number starting with “2598” along with their password to access the portal. The application number will not be accepted for login.The board has categorically stated that no requests for change of examination city will be entertained. Additionally, no separate city intimation slip or individual communication will be issued.

KVS, NVS admit card 2025: How to download

Once released, candidates can download their admit cards by following these steps:

  • Go to the official CBSE test website.
  • Find and select the KVS, NVS Recruitment 2025 Admit Card link on the homepage.
  • Enter the registration number that begins with 2598 to log in.
  • Enter the password that was generated when you registered.
  • Enter your login information.
  • The admit card will show up on the screen. Carefully check all the information.
  • Get the admit card here.
  • On the day of the exam, take a clear printout.
