U.S. State Flooded, Boats Out On Streets As Rains Unleash Mayhem
Flooding affects normal life in the San Francisco Bay Area as the state braces for more rainfall this weekend. Helicopter footage from KGO shows flooding in a neighborhood in Marin County, California, where some residents used a Kayak to navigate through the water. According to KGO, seasonal King Tides have impacted Marin County and can flood roadways, parking areas, and shoreline infrastructures. California, soaked from days of relentless rain and recovering from mudslides in mountain towns, was hit with a powerful storm Christmas Day that led to evacuation warnings and high surf advisories.
