Bengaluru: Happy Streets by The Times of India will usher in the New Year with its much-awaited debut at Bellandur.The first edition of 2026 will take place this Sunday at Doddakannelli Main Road near the back gate of Adarsh Palm Retreat, transforming the stretch into a vibrant space from early-morning hours. Designed to bring communities together, the initiative invites residents to begin the year on a positive note through fitness, music and shared experiences.The on-stage programming will offer a curated blend of mindfulness, movement and entertainment. The morning will begin with meditation by Heartfulness, followed by yoga and pranayama led by Sarvebhavanthu Sukhinah Yoga. Energy levels will rise with a lively Zumba session by Swingers Dance Inc. Adding to the excitement, Bhima Jewellers, presenting partner of Happy Streets, will host a crowd quiz with exciting giveaways. Music lovers can enjoy a vibrant performance by Mic & Melody, while aspiring singers can take part in training sessions conducted by From Mug to Mic.Dance will take centre stage with three performances by Satvas Dance Company, Point Pattern Dance Academy and Dream Dance DFC, respectively, set to showcase a range of styles and expressions that add colour and rhythm to the event.
